Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the Astronaut Galaxy Projector with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The following conditions apply to all returns and refunds.
Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- To receive a full product refund, items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Items returned used, incomplete, or damaged by the customer may receive a partial refund or be declined, at our reasonable discretion.
How to request a return
Email support@lumeden.com with your order number and reason. Please do not send items back before receiving a return authorization and instructions from us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked method, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and, if approved, refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with a photo or short video and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, our standard return process applies.
Policy abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of this policy, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
