We currently ship within the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from our US warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier performance, weather, holidays or high demand.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address; re-shipping may incur additional cost.

Lost or stolen packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer. If a package is lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we’ll help you open a claim with the carrier — though we cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier errors or theft.

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
